this is halloween.
I had that song in my head the entire day of the shoot.
guys. this shoot brought my creative heart to LIFE. it’s been a bit since I got to do a shoot and just be creative and try different things on my camera or experiment with posing, editing, and just get to do it all for myself.
I worked together with Jessica Boatright to create the best halloween shoot we could put together. Jake + KaLeigh are some good friends of mine who graciously gave me their entire evening for this shoot. Jessica came over and did their makeup, I did some quick curls in KaLeigh’s hair, and we headed out to the location.
I desperately tried finding a florist for the shoot because I really wanted a fall themed/colored bouquet but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Sooooooo. I went out to the plant nursery close to home and found enough greenery and flowers to make my own bouquet and I’m not gonna lie–it wasn’t too shabby.
